Ephesians 3:20-21: Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

Although I was called at 13 years old, I did not fully accept the life of being obedient to JESUS CHRIST, being led by HIS HOLY SPIRIT and loving GOD’S people, until I was 25 and at the end of my road.  It was the hug of an elderly woman on a retreat that brought me back from a life of bondage.  She inspired me to quote to her a poem that I had written for my own mother (who had cried so many nights in prayer for me). On that day, I decided that I had to serve GOD full-time.

My ministry started in a used car lot shack on Scenic Highway where I first began to preach to 50 empty chairs. From there I started the first 24-hour prayer line.  Then one day after GOD used me to pray for a man who had died. He came back to life!  I knew GOD had anointed me. From that point on, I received support from Pastor Lewis Sullivan and Pastor Roy Stockstill of Bethany World Prayer Center. Their help led to the first church on Oswego Street which grew so fast that we neglected to even put a sign on the front.

I set out to be used by God to establish a non-denominational full-gospel family-oriented church that builds families for the KINGDOM of GOD standing on His Word in Proverbs 29:18: “Without a vision, the people perish”!

The term “Full-Gospel” comes from the Apostle Paul in Romans 13:19, “I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ”. A “Full Gospel Christian” believes that the Holy Spirit is still doing everything He was doing in the New Testament Gospels: He is still healing, giving the gift of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues, performing miracles, signs and wonders. Since Jesus is “the same yesterday and today and forever” (Hebrews 13:8), we believe that He is operating the same as He was then by the power of His Holy Spirit. We believe the doctrine of the Apostles as written in the New Testament!

So by faith, we set out to move to 3000 Tecumseh Street, a 2 ½ city block compound that grew to house the church, CPM Christian Academy (later renamed Vision City Academy to accommodate high school grades), WNDC 910.AM radio station and a 1500 seat sanctuary.  At the height of success, we employed 125 people with 600 volunteers.  Noon day services were held on week days for over 15 years.  There were many revivals held and many ministries that flourished.

The next big move was to 12061 North Harrells Ferry Road. What started out as a dilapidated, rat infested mess was remodeled into a 500-seat auditorium, a sanctuary, banquet hall, prayer call center, youth conference room and a television studio. Then the flood of 2016 came out of nowhere and washed it all away. We could not go back there. We had to trust God.

Then in June 2018, we were graced with 5686 Winbourne Avenue to house the vision of God. We’ve started from nothing and are watching God turn this place into something. We truly believe that from this new location, God will shock the nation! It’s time for God’s people to fully commit to prayer, fasting, studying the Word, being responsible, accountable and in submission to authority. The pulpit must decrease, and God in His people must increase!  ALL WE NEED IS REVIVAL!

So the vision is now coming to pass on our 5 acre, 16,000 square foot facility. A training center is coming into being to teach the foundational truths to equip a new generation of evangelists who can lead the nation to repentance. All ages will benefit from the center where we want all who enter to have a “Kingdom Experience”. Rooms are dedicated to teaching the following: The love of God, Salvation, Baptism in Water and the Holy Spirit, The Gifts of the Spirit and the Fruit of the Spirit, Prayer, Abstinence, Single Life, Marriage and Family Life and Community Service.ra

The Church Point Ministries Vision Center is set to open in the spring of 2021.
